On-site PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Courses

These courses provide an in-depth understanding of PRINCE2 Processes, Components and Techniques to enable delegates to attain the level of competence required to pass the Foundation/Practitioner examinations, held on the last day of each course. They can be run separately as 3-day Foundation and 3-day Practitioner or as a combined course over 5 days.  They are available on-site for up to 12 people.

PRINCE2 into Practice in the NHS

A two-day course to brief attendees on the PRINCE2 method, help them tailor it for their own projects and enable them to start using it straightaway. The course is very practical and interactive. For busy people it is as much an opportunity to progress their projects as it is a training course. The course is available on-site for up to 15 people.

PRINCE2 Executive Team Briefing

A half-day on-site session which gives CEOs and their senior colleagues an opportunity to look at PRINCE2, assess the benefits to their organisation and know what to expect from projects using PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 Overview Course

A one-day on-site overview for people involved working in a PRINCE2 environment who need to understand their project role and responsibilities.

PRINCE2 Implementation in your organisation

Workshops for PRINCE2 trained people to help them implement PRINCE2 in their organisations or on specific projects.

PRINCE2 one-to-one

A one-day on-site intensive briefing session for individuals based on their own projects.
