Welcome to Balance Consulting – an Accredited PRINCE2™ Training Organisation based in Yorkshire, operating throughout the UK.

We help people put PRINCE2 into practice. In the words of a client ‘what appeared initially to be a complex methodology unfolded as an easy process to manage projects’.

We operate in all sectors and have found that our approach works well whether you work in a project-based organisation or in the type of organisation where people have to take on significant projects as well as their day job.

We were among the first Accredited PRINCE2 Training Organisations and have well established Foundation and Practitioner Courses plus a wide range of non-qualification courses and briefings.

We have also developed a specialism in PRINCE2 in the NHS.

We offer courses on your own site and public courses in York and Newcastle.
